Spring Classes Open for Registration
Our winter cycling and boot camps are in full swing now, but before we know it spring will be here. So we have added group swim and run workout opportunities starting in April, all led by Lauren to keep you motivated and training smart.

Second Annual Pedal for the Food Pantry
Join Lauren Jensen and Tri Faster on March 31, 2012 for a four-hour motivating and challenging indoor cycling workout to help you get fit for the upcoming season while raising money for a local food pantry. We are planning a DJ, rotating instructors, and lunch for all attendees along with a prize raffle for people willing to make an extra donation of food or cash. This will be a very high energy event!

Skill Sessions
Don't know what to buy your favorite athlete (or yourself)? Why not schedule a one-on-one skill session for swimming, cycling, or running taught by Lauren Jensen? These approximately 75-minute sessions can result in immediate and significant improvements. Some recent examples:
- Helping a runner modify her form that enabled her to run 4 mph faster on a treadmill.
- Teaching proper freestyle technique to an Ironman athlete allowing him to shave 15 seconds off his 50-meter swim time (from 1:05 to 0:48).
