Run Circuit
The Tri Faster Run Circuit workout combines short bursts of running with full body, dynamic strength exercises. A mixture of sports inspired cardio and strength conditioning exercises are used to challenge you to become stronger, leaner and all-around fit. Exercises will be adapted so they fit your fitness level. Move to the next level with this unique class.
Run Better
Learn the skills, drills and specific strength training training that will promote efficient, faster, injury-free running. Discover the key workouts that will help you improve your running quickly. Each class will have a lecture component and a different running workout each week. Come dressed to run outdoors, but we do have an indoor space in case of inclement weather.
Run Faster
This unique clinic will teach you how to dramatically improve your running form and speed. Lauren will teach you a variety of run circuit workouts that will rapidly transform you into a more efficient runner. Learn a fun, time-effective way to improve your strength, running posture, and ultimately your running speed while helping to prevent injuries.
