Tri Faster Yoga
Yoga uses a series of poses that allow you to develop a strong, flexible and injury resistant body. It also helps center you to create balance and calmness through your mind and your body. Discover how to become the best you can be as an athlete and in life by adding yoga to your week.
All levels are invited including beginners. The class will be taught in a supportive, non competitive environment. There will be a combination of challenging and relaxing poses along with an atmosphere of calm zen that will leave you feeling tranquil yet energized.
